Once a UPS, FedEx or USPS shipped order is in the system, just press a button and print out a finished, peel-and-stick printing label including bar codes, tracking information and account information. Like the other components of the M.O.M. software, shipping is integrated into a single database. This means your customer services representatives have instant access to the shipping companies' tracking information as well. When a customer calls in looking for an update or visits your SiteLINK ecommerce store to check the status of the shipment, you've got it. No need to wait for the next batch update.
You also control rates you provide your customer. You may want to pass on actual rates, based on the shipping companies' actual tables. Or you may have significant handling costs associated with picking, packing and shipping the order and want to add a handling fee. The choice (and control) is yours.
M.O.M. also offers an optional address verification system that reduces shipping delays, carrier imposed penalty fees and bad will that result from inaccurate address entry.
