Fred Lizza, Chief Executive Officer
Fred Lizza is experienced in bringing new technologies to market, driving rapid growth, building sustainable value propositions and competitive advantage. He was previously CEO of Optiant, where he drove the company's positive momentum toward increased market share, industry leadership, and profitability. He was also president and CEO of Avotus Corporation, a software-based telecom expense management provider. Under his leadership, Avotus became a SAAS-based managed service provider and one of the top market leaders in its space. Prior to Avotus, he was president and CEO of Idiom Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise web globalization software and services to the Global 2000 and eCommerce enterprises, and president and CEO of Infinium (formerly Software 2000), a publicly-held ERP software company that was named as one of Business Week's "Top 100 Hot Companies." Fred received a BS in Accounting at Boston College and an MBA in Marketing at Harvard Business School.
Paul Kincaid, Chief Financial Officer
Paul Kincaid is responsible for the financial, corporate accounting and HR administrative functions of Freestyle Solutions. Paul brings over 15 years of financial executive leadership experience in high-growth companies, start-ups and large businesses within the high-technology, manufacturing and professional services industries. Prior to joining Freestyle Solutions,, Paul was CFO of iET Solutions where he helped financially turnaround the company and lead the sale of the company to a strategic buyer. Prior to iET, Paul was a VP of Finance at Platinum Equity, a private equity firm, where he was acting CFO/ VP finance of multiple acquired portfolio companies helping increase business valuation. Prior to Platinum, Paul was CFO at Connected Corporation, an online data backup cloud service company acquired by Iron Mountain and CFO of Pilot Software, a BI tool software company acquired by Accrue Software. Paul is a CPA and received his bachelor degree from University of Massachusetts-Amherst and his MBA at Northeastern University.
Scott Todaro, CMO & EVP, Sales
Scott Todaro is responsible for marketing, sales and strategic partnerships. Scott brings 24 years of marketing and sales experience along with 15 years of ecommerce expertise to Freestyle. He has run several marketing and sales organizations where he was responsible for visionary, strategic, and tactical initiatives, and is well versed in all facets of marketing from communications to channels to product. Most recently Scott serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for KnowledgePath, an ecommerce systems integrator (acquired by DMI). Prior to KnowledgePath, Scott served as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales at AisleBuyer a mobile commerce apps company (acquired by Intuit). Rounding out his deep eCommerce experience, Scott has also held senior product strategy positions at both Demandware (IPO) and ATG. An entrepreneur at heart, Scott also served as the Vice President of Marketing for Sports Loyalty Systems, an eCommerce loyalty marketing company for professional sports franchises. Scott received his MBA and BBA from the University of Massachusetts. In addition, Scott also currently serves an adjunct professor at the University of Massachusetts teaching marketing planning to MBA students.
Rick Bednarik, Vice President of Technology
Rick Bednarik is Vice President of Technology, managing the Product Development and Quality Assurance teams. Rick joined Freestyle Solutions as senior developer in 1994 and was instrumental in transitioning Multichannel Order Manager from a DOS platform to a Windows platform. His focus then turned to eCommerce, and he led the team in creating the first version of SiteLINK. Over the last seventeen years Rick’s experience has been vital to the continuous improvement of the M.O.M. and SiteLINK product lines. Prior to joining Freestyle Solutions, Rick worked as a Market Manager for five years with AT&T.
Gary MacDougall, Vice President of Product Development
Gary MacDougall brings more than thirty years of software product engineering and architecture successes. He is focused on enhancing the company’s multichannel integration capabilities with the on-premise and cloud-based order management software solutions which dramatically improve eCommerce business operations. Prior to joining Freestyle Solutions,, Gary was most recently the President/CEO and founder of ChannelBrain, the developer of BizSync®XL software that enables retailers to seamlessly integrate Freestyle Solutions' industry-leading back-office order management solution, Multichannel Order Manager (M.O.M.®), within Magento’s suite of eCommerce solutions. He also brings a wealth of experience to Freestyle Solutions by way of leadership assignments at companies including Webhire, Virtual Entertainment, Willow Pond Corporation and Prime Computer.
Tony Kyberd, Senior Vice President of Customer Services
Tony Kyberd leads Freestyle Solutions' customer service operations, including implementation, training and customer support. Tony has focused on customer success throughout his career, and he will direct the teams responsible for supporting and servicing customers of Freestyle Solutions' Freestyle Commerce®, Multichannel Order Manager (M.O.M.), and SiteLINK™ eCommerce solutions. Prior to joining Freestyle Solutions, Tony held numerous leadership positions in client service, professional service and account management positions. He has direct experience with software-as-a-service (SaaS) technologies as well as software-based solutions. His prior roles included: Head of Customer Success at SundaySky (a personalized video service provider), Vice President, Client Services for Usablenet (a mobile and multi-channel technology provider), Vice President, Account Management & Services at MediaMind (a global provider of digital advertising solutions) and Vice President, Professional Services at SunGuard STeP (a diversified global software & services provider).
